Nice warm up with 220x19. Banged out 5 sets of 315 for 7 - 9 reps. Finished up with 95lb dumbell flys. Endurance was good today but strength was down a bit. Enjoy!

this is pretty awesome. i was doing today's workout "jeremy" and would break up the sets into a full squat snatch, and then the rest would be overhead squats. the bumpers are amazing, talk about confidence under the bar. even the employees at the Y love them, and pretty much let me do whatever...
