Yes, that's "sit up" not "spit up". She can sit up on her own, unsupported, although when she gets excited she kicks her legs and topples. She's just 4 months old; Ben was 6 months when he managed this feat. I think we're not as worried about Eleanor falling over as we were with Ben.
