I am hooked on powerwalking and try to do it year-round but I draw the line at -25 (If there is a wind). I see thousands of oilpatch trucks and equipment on the Alaska Highway many of these in huge convoys. There are Schlumberger, Haliburton, HSE, Calfrac, and many many more plus some pretty strange looking US army trucks with usually shaped enormous items on loadbeds all tarped up and all in black...weird. I saw two wrecked planes on a lowbed you got to wonder what the story was there. Anyway I am fascinated with the millions of dollars worth of oilpatch equipment and don't have a clue what it's for but I do think the work they are doing is being undervalued and overlooked so I just want people to see them.Canada Day 2008 Fort St. John, B.C.
