Aug 16, 2008 - I see what you mean, but it would make slightly more sense to say that the stuff that DreamWorks pumps out is concieved by a robot. (That doesn't mean that their films are horrible, though.)

Aug 20, 2008 - Really Jmochi? 3D cinema has always been a cheap gimmick to promote bad sequels and weak concepts. Surely Pixar are better than that. ...I hate the fact that you can slowly see the Dinsey influence take hold.
ciaranlucas Says:
Aug 20, 2008 - Or fully furred crowds of vermin? First thing I learned in 3d was modelling fruit. :D
Jmochi Says:
Aug 22, 2008 - Honestly, I wasn't too hyped about 3D in the beginning either (since I have a lazy eye, i get headaches from the glasses). But the fact that John Lasseter is enthusiastic of this 3D concept, perhaps this will be the first decent 3D animated film. Of course, we can't be too sure with Disney around, so we'll just have to wait and see. Also, as of right now, all future Pixar movies will be digitally 3D. (but i'm sure there will be a 2D option as well)
jdcr84 Says:
Aug 23, 2008 - for pixar (and maybe WDFA, too), the movies will actually be made in 2D and then converted to 3D in a process after it is fully completed. this was said in a comment from the director of Up. so, yes, i would imagine it would be released as both.

Aug 24, 2008 - Of course this will be good, but this seems a bit dark for a Pixar movie. I'll still watch it!!
