~Inside school~ Taylor: So, Nick, did you ask Jana out? Nick: Not yet. She screamed when I walked over to her. Then she ran away like a maniac. She acted like I was a Jonas Brother or something. Taylor: That's weird, cuz the Jonas Brothers are all the way across the country. It's not like they came here to tell me I won a contest or anything. Nick: I know, right? Taylor: Right! Kevin: Wow. Maybe Nick and Taylor should go out. They seem to have a lot in common, right, Joe? Joe: Psh, no. I think Taylor is the type of girl for someone funny, sweet, and caring. Kevin: Sounds like Nick to me. Joe: Would you go finish delivering the fish? Kevin: Oh, crap! Miss Mattson is waiting for her Flounder-Trout! I gotta go! *turns around and walks away* Nick: What the heck is a Flounder-Trout? Taylor: I guess it's what you get when a Flounder mingles with a Trout. Joe: Isn't Flounder from the Little Mermaid? Taylor: Aren't you Ariel in the Little Mermaid? Nick: That was a lame joke. Taylor: I know. Nick: Then why did you say it? Taylor: Because lame jokes work on lame people. Nick: That was lame, too. Why'd you say that one? Taylor: Did you not hear my last sentence? Nick: I heard it. You said lame jokes work on la-wait a minute! Joe: Nice! Where do you get this material? Taylor: From the big round block on top of my neck. Joe: Funny. I thought it was a triangular block. Taylor: I'd rather be a triangle than an L7 square like you. Joe: Okay, I get the square part, but L7? What's that? Taylor: Take your left hand. You know how you can make an L with your thumb sticking out? Do that. Then take your right hand and do the same, making a backwards L. Flip your backwards L upside down to make a 7. Now put your hands together. That makes an L7. Now hold the L7 up in front of your eyes. It's a square! Nick: *struggling with hands* I don't get it. Taylor: Wow. You're perfect for Jana. Jana: *walks up from behind* I heard that! And I don't care if it's cuz I act like a blonde, as long as I'm Nick's type, I'm good to go! Taylor: You know he's right here. Jana: Oh dear God. Taylor: *singing Nick's song Dear God* Dear God, I hate to be a bother, but I gotta say... Nick: *joining Taylor* This world is getting crazier with everyday... Jana: Okay! I get it! Nick: So...you're a fan? Jana: Umm...yeah...*blushing* Nick: Well...umm..do you think you'd ever be able to put up with my busy schedule? Jana: Absolutely... Nick: Do you think maybe you wanna...be my girlfriend? *reaches in pocket, grabs out a cute ring with a green glittery palm tree on it* Jana: First you have to answer me one question. Nick: What? Jana: Do you always carry palm tree rings with you? Nick, Jana, Taylor, and Joe: *laughs* Nick: No, I just knew you would be here because in the contest entry, Taylor mentioned how we'd have to get you to hang out with us if she won, and she also mentioned her Youtube username. So that's when I recognized that it was the same Taylor and Jana from Youtube. And on Youtube you guys said that Jana has a huge crush on me. So that's when I figured I'd get a ring just in case. Jana: Wow. Good thinking. And yes, I'll be your girlfriend. *smiles* Hannah: *runs up behind everybody* Oh my gosh, there goes Justin. Lets follow him! *starts to follow Justin* Taylor: *grabs Hannah's sweatshirt and pulls her back* We can't! Crystal Haze has to perform for the whole school at the pep assembly! Kevin: *walks up from behind* Who's Crystal Haze? Jana: Our band. Nick: You guys have a band? You're just full of surprises. Jana: What other surprise did I give you? Nick: Well, for one thing, I didn't expect you to be this cute. Taylor and Hannah: *gasp and smile* Taylor: Oh my gosh, you are so sweet! *leans over to Jana and whispers* Nice choice. Joe: Hey, I'm not such a bad choice myself. Kevin: Who chose you? Joe: No one...yet. *looks towards Taylor* Taylor: *giggles* Lets go. We only have an hour to set up and rehearse. You guys can come, too. Kevin: Really? It's not like we have to spend the day with you cuz of a contest or anything. Taylor: I know. The rules were that you spend a day at my school. Not with me. Nick, Joe, Taylor, Jana, Hannah: *snickers* Kevin: *looks very puzzled, tilts head to side, continues to look puzzled* Joe: *to Taylor* I think you're amazing. Nick: Amazingly sarcastic. But in a good way. Everyone: *laughs* Kevin: Yeah, and she especially likes to make me look bad. Nick: You're the easiest target, thats why. Kevin: Good point. Everyone: *laughs and goes downstairs into the gym*
