Aug 28, 2008 - I'm pretty sure this one fight alone is the reason we never had cross promotions. the UFC's top gun was destroyed to pieces by a top PRIDE fighter and that looks really really bad when you're trying to make your company the genericized trademark for MMA. we'll never see Cung Le or Fedor or any other legitimate p4p guy fight in the UFC under another banner because the UFC guy might lose. Oh well.

Sep 4, 2008 - cung le would get destroyed by most top middleweights,filho could prolly beat him,and as for fedor he has 4 really good top contenders trying to get a shot at him(couture,mir,barnett,and arlovski).i think one of those guys will be the one to finally defeat fedor.not to mention big nog and 2 up and comers and possible legit hw contenders in valasquez and lesner.and if cro cop defeats overeem he will be back in the mix again.oh and dont forget werdum and gonzaga.

Sep 5, 2008 - not likely,, rampage only had juijitsu sparring partners back in pride but now,, well his boxing is at pro level and he outwrestled dan hendo, his cardio is top notch and power well power is all that rampage has,, now that he lost that belt too he is fueled by hate,, these combinations will make shogun to look like an amateur vs rampage and rampage is out for vengeance
