Aug 20, 2008 - ok u can do these ab worhouts and others and still eat fastfood if u excercise and theres a little thing called metabolism that helps burn the extra calories but u need to do this workout as intense as possible if ur going to do this once a day like id say maybe twice a day or three times if u want abs fast

Aug 21, 2008 - if you wanna make your workout more effective while doing the leg raises..when you bring your legs down, hold them about six inches from the ground and hold it for 15-20 seconds then bring them up and keep doing that. it works the muscles more efficiently
