As for the nukes or other acts of violence, a user named Scobum posted the following: "Nuke china? You idiot, you don't even know what a nuke is. If you did , you would never say that. And just how is a nuke gonna help the human rights of the citizens? Keep the hate and we all burn." The people should never suffer for their government's actions. Our government failed with the Middle East during the Cold War, and we suffered with 9/11. We never should have suffered, it was our governments fault. Don't make the same mistake with China.

Sep 29, 2008 - I know people that have been tortured in China as recently as this year. They were members of house-churches. I have a cross on my keychain made by someone that left china to go to college in Kenya, became a Christian, and her parents were too afraid for her to come back, so she never returned. China is a human rights disaster, even if their economy is growing.

Only about 25 % of China's economy is state-owned today; the rest is private. In many respects, China is much more Capitalistic than the U.S.
