In order for it to work, the majority of the people in nation you want to transform have to be self sufficient, and want freedom. Most of the people in this country are willingly dependent on the system and don't want to be free. You can't form an anarchy if such people are the majority. You need more people in opposition.

On my board, which has Nvidia graphics, it's an icon in the system tray. But either way, look for that and noise cancelling should be one of the options. Took me forever to find it :P

I didn't want to believe it at the time, but the articles that I posted links to and the video that I'm responding to here points to that fact. I don't think that they believe that they are doing this out of their own will... they probably believe they are just helping things along, and or doing God's will. But no matter the motivation, it's still dangerous behavior.
