Enter Snowman's Land, on any star, and then go into the cannon and get the strange coin inside the snowman (http://www.sm64.com/pics/secretcoin.jpg), then get the red coin under the platform with the bully, and finally get the Star "Snowman's Big Head" frames-870 with a small route change after the 2nd "water" burn thing, i was able to get the current fastest time... id say sub 29 is more than possible if a lot of effort is put to it!
