Clip from the banned Shrunken-Head Babies Saturday morning show

Back in the late 1990s, I made a monthly comic strip called "Shrunken-Head Joe" for the local entertainment magazine. Shortly after I started it, I grew weary of the one-strip-per-month pace and called upon my friend Bob Canada to help me. He did a great job on it, and toward the end he was doing more of it than me. Eventually we were fired from the job when the owner actually read the thing for the 1st time, but we had a good two-year run. We got a lot of Evansville feedback which made us happy. At the time, Bob also worked as a professional animator. For fun he made this cartoon as a parody of all the baby cartoons which were so popular back then. There were Flintstone Kids, Muppet Babies, Disney and Looney Tunes babies, etc... Bob created this short animation and posted it on our Shrunken-Head Joe website, stating it was a short clip taken from the banned Shrunken-Head Babies show. To go with this clip, Bob wrote a huge fake backstory of how the show had a very short Saturday morning cartoon life on a major television network which lead to lawsuits, firings, and other various disturbances. It was very believable and many people thought it was a real article. We received feedback and emails from people expressing their disgust/love/sadness/fury for the way the tv network handled the Shrunken-Head Babies show.
