The little Japanese I know is not enough to really navigate. =/ Secondly and most importantly, isn't there a sign-up fee? I think that would be difficult to carry out most especially, for the reason mentioned above. x_X And as for his CD...well, even if it is only available in Japan, I certainly hope there are those in Nippon that'd be willing to sell it, over...say, Ebay or something.
