EPL also has the most foreign players out of all the leagues too. There basically outsourcing good players and in doing so they attract the foreign fan base. More fans = more revenue. More revenue = i can buy anybody!! Chelsea is trying to buy Kaka from AC Milan. I doubt that this is going to happen though.
