I Michelles POV: "Ive been to the year 3000 not much has changed but they lived under water and your great great great granddaughter is doing fine." I sang out the lyrics of the Jonas Brothers song Year 3000. "Michelle would you please stop singing that song, its really starting to get annoying." My friend Lindsey begged as we waited in line at Starbucks. "Sorry, its stuck in my head, but just know this they will be playing that song tonight at the show." I replied. That night we were going to see The Jonas Brothers perform. I was extremely excited to see them live. Ive liked them for a long time. And the fact that I was going to get to meet them put me over the edge. She rolled her eyes as we stepped up to the counter. "What would you two like today?" the guy asked us. "Ill have a Mocha Frapp. What do you want Linds?" "Umm Ill take a hot chocolate." She replied. "Whimp" I rolled my eyes. "Shut up freak!" she slapped me on the arm. "Well you are I mean seriously who doesnt like coffee?!" "No the real question why would anyone like coffee" she replied "it tastes like butt." I rolled my eyes once more "I swear child you are on crack." She rolled her eyes "yea, yea sure I am" We grabbed our drinks and sat down at a table. "Man I have so much studying to get done before my finals on Monday." I said while taking a notebook out of my bag. I loved to study at Starbucks, between the endless supply of coffee and the relaxed atmosphere it was the perfect place to be. "Sucks for you dude" Lindsey replied while reading through the new issue of Alternative Press magazine. She was never one for studying at Starbucks, she always told me the only reason she would come with me was so that she could check out all the hot guys that came in. "Yea well unfortunately for me, not all of my finals ended last week." I pulled out my laptop and began typing up notes that I needed to study for my final. "So what time are we leaving for this concert tonight?" Lindsey asked me. "umm it starts at 6 so I guess well leave around 4:30." "Alright sounds good. So umm what are you gonna wear, cause I still havent decided." "I dunno maybe what Im wearing now. I havent really decided yet." I replied. I was wearing a purpleish blue shirt that had a drum kit on it and said Support the Arts, Date a Musician and I had on jeans and a pair of chuck taylors. "Thatd be cute. Oh hey speaking of cute look at that guy over there." She replied turning her attention on someone behind me. I turned around to see Joe Jonas staring over at us. I turned back around quickly. My eyes were wide and my jaw had dropped. "oh my god" I said. "See I told you. Man he is fine fine all the time. Id so do him" she replied. "Linds, no you dont get it. Thats Joe from the Jonas Brothers." "Really??" she asked. I nodded my head, I still could not get the shocked expression off of my face. She continued to stare at him. "Hey I think Im gonna go introduce myself." She said. "Have at it." I replied. "You wanna come?" she asked. "Nah I think Ill sit this one out." As she walked off I reached into my bag for one of my other notebooks that had my chapter outlines in it, but I couldnt seem to find it. I figured it mustve fallen out in the car, so I grabbed my keys and headed for the door. Before I walked out I walked over to Lindsey and said "Sorry to interrupt, but linds did you happen to see one of my notebooks laying on the floor board when you got out of the car?" She turned her attention off of Joe and looked at me "Yea I did but I figured you didnt need it so I didnt say anything." "Okay then I gotta run out and get it. Ill be back in a few minutes." I said and walked out the door. you tube = gay
