Jun 30, 2008 - Horse slaughter has been banned in the US, and a bill to illegalize deportation of horses for consumption is on it's way to passing... so be happy...

Jul 17, 2008 - be happy now there are thousands of unwanted or crippled horses that are starving because there is no where to go with them. Anymore where I live you need to lock your gates to keep ppl from dropping horses off rather than stealing them. You ppl just don't understand. I love horses as much as dogs but there comes a time in an animals life that you are keeping it alive because your too selfish to let it go. Do you think a horse wants to live being crippled or a dog that has cancer??

Jul 20, 2008 - well there always will be people that will adopt them, but unfourtinately some may have to be humanely euthanized. And most of the horses were captured mustangs and failing race horses.
