Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 289 Interesting Exchange -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- hi I thought this verbal exchage between a judge and an individual was very interesting. In my limited experience of law, as it relates to a Courtroom, I thought the judge was like this "high and mighty" sort of figure. I thought that everyone was supposed to give deferrence to him or her. I don't agree with that ,of course, but isn't he or she in a position that affords them much power as relates to decsions about defendents or folks who come to the Courtroom itself for their particular issues?
