November 2007. The Kurushima Bridge is a series of three bridges which connects the island of Ōshima (大島) to the main part of Shikoku (四國). It is the world's longest suspension bridge structure and was completed in 1999. The bridge is part of the Shimanami Kaidō ( formal name: The Nishiseto Expressway 西瀬戸自動車道), an expressway that spans a series of islands and connects Hiroshima Prefecture(廣島縣) in Honshū to Ehime Prefecture (愛媛縣) in Shikoku. The bridge and the expressway were both conceived by the Honshū-Shikoku Bridge (本州四國連絡高速道路) Project.

May 10, 2008 - No, it's difficult to have my camera fixed to me or anywhere on the bike during the trip. However, I do have videos showing sunset at one of the bridges as well as some videos showing the passage through all bridges of the Honshū-Shikoku Bridge whilst on a coach. However, it's too time consuming to upload them.

May 10, 2008 - I hope you have time to upload later. I just held my camera in my hand for a couple of short bits but I haven't uploaded those yet myself. また!

May 7, 2008 - Do you have any video of actually riding over the bridges? That's an amazing ride.
