This videos is from Beckibee's YouTube page (I've invited her to become part of this Group, as she has many videos from the comp to help fill the void, that I've yet to capture since videos have been exchanged). I'm sure she won't mind me sharing this, I really wanted to so all of Lauren's AA performance was available to be seen. And I really wanted to film Lauren on beam myself, but did either someone on floor or bars instead to allow Beck to do beam (we try to get everyone at the meet, so at the end of the day we can make a complete DVD of it all). As for Lauren's routine, I love that she has great variety in her skill selection. She has very good technique, but just a bit tight so the wobbles happen and it really takes away from her performance. Which is a shame, because having seen her do these skills wobble free she makes them look effortless and it's evident she's a high calibre beam worker. She went on to make beam finals at Worlds a few months after this, but her 5th placing had more to do with the errors of others, than her performance which was steady but not anything excellent. Hopefully a great learning experience.
