Everyone was alive cause I went to Cecil's room to sleep before this boss. Off the bat I had to kill everyone, I know I accidently used Lit3 on the left arm but it got regenerated so no harm done. This boss is really easy, take off the left arm (like I didn't) so you don't get hit by Vampire and suffer the slip damage. Baigan's main body doesn't hit hard at all (suprise) so after enough Melee this boss with be stacked up with the rest of useless bosses that can't do any damage. Cecil's Level - Lv.23
